Server log files
Every time this website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Volume of data transferred
- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- Web browser and operating system used
- Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
This data is processed to ensure a smooth connection, system security and for statistical purposes (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR/DSGVO).
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. The only thing stored is your language choice, kept in your browser’s local storage so that your next visit takes you straight to your language. That entry is never transmitted to us and contains no personal data; you can delete it at any time in your browser’s website settings. No analytics, tracking or advertising technologies are used, and all fonts and scripts are served from our own server – no third-party content is embedded.
Contact form
The contact form transmits no data to us. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a prepared message – only once you send that message yourself do your details reach us, and then as an ordinary email. We process it in order to handle your enquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR/DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR/DSGVO (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), and keep it for as long as that requires.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The hosting provider processes access data as a processor in accordance with the GDPR/DSGVO.

4. Our apps
If you download one of our apps from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google process data under their own privacy policies. In their developer consoles we only see the stores’ statistics: aggregated figures (e.g. downloads, countries, device types), public reviews and – if you have allowed this in your device settings – technical crash reports with device model and system version. These contain no names and nothing entered in the apps; we use them only to fix bugs.
Zahlzerlegung
The learning app “Zahlzerlegung” works entirely offline. No personal data from the app is transmitted to us or to third parties. Learning progress and settings are stored exclusively locally on your device. The app contains no advertising, no tracking and no in-app purchases.
PflegeMate
The app “PflegeMate” contains all learning content and works without an internet connection. No personal data from the app is transmitted to us. Settings, favorites, history, notes and your own terms and categories are stored exclusively locally on your device. The app contains no advertising, no tracking and no in-app purchases.
Voice search (optional): it uses the microphone and the operating system’s speech recognition. On iPhone and iPad, recognition takes place on the device; your voice input is not sent to Apple for this. On Android, the system’s speech recognition service (usually Google) processes the input – depending on the device, on the device itself or on that service’s servers. No audio data is sent to us, and the app does not store any recordings.
Camera and photos (optional): the app accesses the camera or the selected picture only when you take or choose a photo for your own terms or categories. The picture is stored only within the app on your device and is not uploaded. The “Alles löschen” (delete everything) option in the settings removes your own terms and categories including their photos, as well as favorites, history and notes; deleting the app removes all data.
Droptiply
The times tables learning app “Droptiply” likewise works entirely offline. No personal data from the app is transmitted to us or to third parties. Game progress and settings are stored exclusively locally on your device. The app contains no advertising, no tracking and no in-app purchases.
Mengenpiraten
The learning game app “Mengenpiraten” for children aged 5 to 8 for comparing quantities works entirely offline. No personal data from the app is transmitted to us or to third parties. Saved data (chosen animal character, puzzle progress, exercise results, settings) is stored exclusively locally on your device and can be deleted at any time in the parents’ area, which is protected by an adult gate. Deleting the app removes all data. The app contains no advertising, no tracking, no in-app purchases and no external links.
Tinu Time
The clock learning app “Tinu Time” establishes no internet connection and collects no data whatsoever. All data (learning progress, profile, settings) is stored exclusively locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to third parties. No personal data of children or adults is collected, processed or passed on. The app contains no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services, no accounts and no in-app purchases. When the app is deleted or via “Start over” in the parents’ area, all local data is irrevocably removed; the parents’ area is protected by an arithmetic task that young children cannot solve. Since no data whatsoever is collected, the requirements of the GDPR/DSGVO and of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) are met without further measures.
Ene Mene Miste
The app “Ene Mene Miste” for dividing groups into fair teams works entirely offline and has no network functionality – even the spoken counting rhymes ship inside the app and are never downloaded. Everything you enter stays exclusively on your device: the names, optional skill levels and gender, the “always together” and “better apart” pairings, saved lists and your settings. There is no account and no registration. If you share a result through your device’s share sheet, exactly the team lists you see are handed over – skill levels and gender are never part of that. The only permission the app requests is motion data, so that shaking the device reshuffles the teams; if you decline, everything else works exactly as before. The app contains no advertising, no tracking, no analytics and no crash-reporting service. “Clear” removes the current list, saved lists are deleted individually, and uninstalling the app removes all data.
Number Sense: Learn Math
The app “Number Sense: Learn Math” (formerly Augenblitz) for children aged about 4 to 8, for grasping quantities up to 20, establishes no internet connection; all voice recordings are built into the app. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties. The only data stored – exclusively locally on your device – are the chosen player symbol (an icon, not a name), the learning progress (number range, response times, solved tasks) and the settings. In the adults’ area, which is protected by a PIN, an observation sheet can be created and the results can be exported as spreadsheet files (CSV, without names); both are only shared if an adult triggers this themselves via the device’s share sheet, and only to the destination they choose there. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services, no in-app purchases and no external links. Profiles can be deleted in the app; uninstalling the app removes all data. Device backups (iCloud or Google) may include the local data depending on your system settings; we have no access to them.
Aufgabenfamilien: Mathe lernen
The app “Aufgabenfamilien: Mathe lernen” (called “Lichterwald” on the home screen) for children aged 5 to 8, for adding and subtracting up to 20, establishes no internet connection and collects no data; all voice recordings are built into the app. Some announcements are read aloud by the operating system’s speech output; for this, the app only passes the text to be read aloud to the device. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties. The only data stored – exclusively locally on your device – are the child profiles (a light symbol, not a name), the learning progress (task families practiced, progress per learning area, an overview of the rounds played) and the settings. In the adults’ area, which is protected by press-and-hold and an arithmetic task, an adult can create a backup of the progress as a file. It contains the profiles and their learning progress, but no names, no individual answers and no device identifier. The file is only shared via the device’s share sheet if the adult triggers this themselves, and only to the destination they choose there; the app itself sends nothing. Likewise, such a file can be imported there again, only after it has been checked and confirmed. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services, no crash-reporting service, no in-app purchases and no external links. Profiles can be removed in the adults’ area; deleting the app removes all data. Device backups (iCloud or Google) may include the local data depending on your system settings; we have no access to them.
Place Value: Learn Math (Fünkli)
The learning app “Place Value: Learn Math” (called “Fünkli” on the home screen) for children aged 5 to 9 establishes no internet connection; the characters’ voices are built into the app as audio files. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties. The only data stored – exclusively locally on your device – are, for each child, a name (only if parents enter one), the chosen picture, a secret sign made of pictures for switching between children and the chosen languages, as well as the game progress and learning history (what the child did in the game and an estimate of the learning level derived from it) and the settings. If an audio recording is missing, the operating system’s speech output reads the character’s sentence aloud; no data about the child is passed on. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services and no in-app purchases. The parents’ area is protected by a maths question for adults.
Speech input (optional, off by default): Only when parents switch on “Speak instead of point” in the parents’ area does the app ask for access to the microphone and speech recognition. The child can then say a number instead of tapping it; the app listens for at most five seconds. Recognition runs exclusively on the device (on Android from version 13 with an installed language pack); if that is not possible for the language, the feature stays off – with no fallback to recognition over the internet. No recording is made and no text is stored or sent; only the recognised number is used. You can switch the feature off at any time in the parents’ area or in the system settings.
Codes for the teacher and the school (optional): In the parents’ area, parents can display a QR code that a teacher can scan with their own device. It contains no name, no picture, no scores and no playing times, but a short code that reveals nothing about the name, the date, the school and home language, the learning level, the place in the game and the stumbling blocks of the last four weeks. If the school takes part in a study, an anonymous study code can also be shown as a QR code (the teacher’s code, learning level, completed chapters, number of playing days rounded to five, languages – no names). Both codes are only shown on screen and never sent; only the parents decide whether and to whom they are shown. You delete a child together with all of its data in the parents’ area under “Children on this device”; uninstalling the app removes all data. If you have set up a device backup yourself (e.g. iCloud or Google), the game progress may be included in it.
Bridging Ten - Learn Math
The learning app “Bridging Ten - Learn Math” for children aged about 6 to 8, for calculating across ten, establishes no internet connection; the characters’ voices are built into the app as audio files. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties. The only data stored – exclusively locally on your device – is: one profile per child (the name of a companion chosen from a given list – not a real name – its appearance, a favourite topic and the game language), the learning trail (e.g. stones placed, answers tapped, strategy cards chosen and response times) with the learning progress derived from it, the state of the game world, and the settings. The app requests no permissions for the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos and sends no notifications.
Sharing files (optional): In the parents’ area, which is protected by a gate for adults, parents can create an export of the learning progress or a file for the teacher. The file for the teacher contains no real name and not the full learning trail. It is only passed on via the device’s share dialog when the parents trigger this themselves, and only to the destination they choose there; the app itself sends nothing. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services, no crash-reporting service and no in-app purchases. Individual children or all data can be deleted in the parents’ area; deleting the app removes all data. Device backups (iCloud or Google) may include the local data depending on your system settings; we have no access to them.
